Too big for the play equipment? Too cold for the park? Want to keep fit and healthy? Then our adults (16 & over) indoor 4-a-side football leagues is just the thing you're looking for!

We run leagues Mondays - Thursdays for all abilities and competitiveness. The football starts at 6pm each night, finishing at 10pm.

With netted pitches, the ball can't escape, so it's just non-stop action. And what's more, with a roof, the games are never postponed due to the lovely English weather.

All you need to join is a team of at least 4 players. We'll provide the opponents, the place, and the FA accredited referee.
